Agricultural contractors
A service you can resell by the hectare
Add scouting, wildlife searches and prescription maps to the work you already do, without buying a fleet.
Portfolios of 500 to 5,000 hectares across many holdings.

What actually goes wrong
A contractor already owns the machines, the operators and the customer relationships. What they do not own is a reason for the customer to pay for anything beyond the pass itself. Meanwhile the mowing they do on contract carries the wildlife obligation, and the spraying they do is applied flat because the customer has no map. Both are liabilities that could be services.
How we set it up
Contractors run the flights as part of the job: a wildlife search flown before the mower goes in, a weed map before the sprayer, and a prescription that loads straight into the machine already on the yard. The reports carry the contractor's name and become the record the customer keeps.
The flight calendar across a season
-
Wildlife searches ahead of every first cut on the books.
-
Weed maps and prescriptions ahead of each spraying job.
-
Variable rate prescriptions for the spreading work.
-
Yield estimates that set the trailer and haulage plan per customer.
-
Season reviews per customer and next year's flight calendar.
Capabilities in play, in order of how much they carry
-
Flights as a service
Book the flights, not the aircraft
You book a scouting schedule and get analysis and recommendations. We own the drones, the pilots and the paperwork.
-
Wildlife detection before mowing
Find the fawn before the mower does
Thermal drones search grassland ahead of the mower for fawns, hares and ground nesting birds, and mark every find.
-
Targeted weed control
Spray the weeds, not the field
Cameras and on-board models find weeds plant by plant, then only the affected square metres get treated.
-
Precision fertilisation
Feed the rows that are short
The system works out which parts of the crop are under-supplied and builds a variable rate map for the spreader.
-
Autonomous drone network
Docked, charged, and out again at first light
Drones launch from charging stations on their own schedule, cover the fields and dock again without a driver.
-
Sustainability reporting
The paperwork writes itself from the flights
Flight data, weather, soil and machine records combine into the input and water figures your buyers and schemes ask for.
What you end up with
Recorded on your fields, flight by flight. Not a projection.
- Search and treatment records held per customer and per field
- Prescriptions delivered in the format the customer's terminal expects
- Hectares flown tracked against hectares worked
- A billable service attached to passes that were previously flat rate
